Yes. SNT regularly operates under strict mutual NDAs with international distributors and system integrators. We never disclose your company name, proprietary CAD files, Gobo designs, or end-client site data to third parties.
How does SNT handle regulatory certificates for private labeled items? +
We provide factory CE, FCC, RoHS, and optical photobiological safety test reports. For high-volume partners, we can assist in issuing CE Declarations of Conformity under your brand's model number series and corporate entity.
Can we order custom gobo symbols without minimum order quantity? +
Yes. High-temperature dichroic glass gobos have an MOQ of 1 piece. You can submit custom vector artwork (AI/EPS/PDF) or select from our standard ISO/OSHA warning library. Prototype sample gobos ship within 48 to 72 hours.
Do you support direct drop-shipping to our end customers? +
