Crane Warning Light Series
The SNT Crane Warning Light Series is designed to improve visual awareness around overhead cranes, suspended loads and crane operating zones. Depending on the selected configuration, the system can project visible warning lines, zones or indicators onto the floor to help workers recognize crane movement and hazardous areas.
Typical Applications
- Overhead crane operating zones
- Suspended load hazard areas
- Crane travel path visibility
- Hook and load position awareness
- Factory and warehouse lifting areas
How It Works
The warning light is mounted on the crane structure or another suitable installation point and projects a visible safety marking onto the floor below. The projected warning moves with the crane or load position, helping workers identify the active hazard area.
Configuration Options
- Line, spot or custom warning projection depending on application
- Multiple power and optical configurations
- Different mounting heights and projection distances
- Optional sensor, controller or external signal integration
- OEM / private label customization available
Site Information Required for Selection
For the correct configuration, please provide the installation height, projection distance, ambient light level, required warning size or line length, floor surface, operating environment and any trigger/control requirements.
Important Application Note
Crane warning lights are visual warning devices intended to improve hazard visibility. They do not replace required workplace risk assessment, physical separation, operating procedures, training or other mandatory safety controls. Final performance should be validated under actual site conditions before large-scale deployment.
Request a Recommendation
Send SNT your crane height, site photo or drawing, ambient lighting conditions and required warning area. We can recommend a suitable configuration for pilot testing.
